Mahmood, Kerry to hold talks Feb 19

Foreign Minister Abul Hassan Mahmood Ali will have a bilateral meeting Thursday with US Secretary of State John Kerry in Washington on the sidelines of a White House-sponsored summit, the foreign ministry has said.

Dhaka was also keen to have a one-to-one meeting on the sidelines since it was the first visit of the foreign minister after he assumed the office last year following the 10th parliamentary elections, report agencies.

The entire gamut of bilateral relations and regional and international issues are likely to be discussed at the meeting.
