Manna pushes for AL-BNP dialogue

Observing that the country is now in a deep crisis, Nagorik Oikya convener Mahmudur Rahman Manna renewed on Thursday his call to Awami League and BNP to sit in a dialogue for restoring peace in the country, reports UNB.

"The country is in a deep crisis. It never had plunged into such trouble in the past. To overcome the crisis, both Awami League and BNP must sit in a national dialogue," he said.

Manna was addressing a roundtable discussion, titled 'Ongoing political crisis and our future' organised by Nagorik Chhatra Oikya, the student wing of Nagorik Oikya, at the Jatiya Press Club.
