CHANDPUR, May 05 (BSS): Disaster Management and Relief Minister Mofazzal Hossain Chowdhury Maya urged all on Saturday to vote for Awami League (AL) to keep the flow of development going.
"Awami League's election symbol 'boat' is the symbol of country's independence and War of Liberation. Whenever Awami League came to power, country saw huge development," Maya said.
The minister came up with the observations while addressing a development rally at Khadergaon union under Motlab Dakkhin upazila in the district.
Presided over by Khadergaon union chairman Ripon Mir, the rally was also addressed by Awami League leader Sazedul Hossain Chowdhury Dipu, Motlab Upazila parishad chairman Sirajul Mostafa Talukder, Motlab upazila Awami League president AHM Gias Uddin and general secretary BHM Kabir Ahmed, among others.
