A Dhaka court exonerated on Thursday all the three accused from a case filed in connection with the killing of Dr Shamarukh Mehzabin, who at the time of her death was married to Humayun, reports UNB.
The acquitted are former Awami League MP Khan Tipu Sultan, his wife Jasmine Ara and son Humayun Sultan Sadab.
Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Ashoke Datta passed the order after hearing on a petition filed by complainant Nurul Islam, father of slain Shamarukh.
