Minu urges legal action for any unlawful activities by party members

RAJSHAHI, Aug 17 (UNB): Mizanur Rahman Minu, an adviser to BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia and former lawmaker for Rajshahi-2 has called for the legal action agaisnt BNP leaders or activists involved in unlawful activities, including extortion and land grabbing.

He emphasised anyone engaged in wrongdoing under the guise of BNP affiliation should be handed over to law enforcement agencies.

Minu said this during a press conference held at his residence in Rajshahi's Chandrima Residential Area on Saturday morning.

Since August 05, efforts have been underway to identify those committing various offenses while posing as BNP members, Minu said.
