BHOLA, Sept 19(UNB): Unidentified miscreants hurled several bombs and fired bullets on the house of a Jubo Dal leader in Langalkhali area of Lalmohan Upazila town early Saturday.
Police said, a gang of miscreants riding motorcycles attacked the house of Marshal Himu, convener of upazila unit Juba Dal, hurled the bombs which exploded with big bang at about 3:30am. At one stage they also fired 10/12 bullets on the house. But none was reported injured.
Himu is also a cousin of BNP leader Maj (retd) Hafiz Uddin Ahmad.
Police visited the spot and recovered some unexploded hand bombs.
