The organisation Hizbul Mahdi observed the 'Mohanondo Day' at a function in the city's Polton area Thursday, said a press release.
Convener of Hizbul Mahdi Lutfar Rahman Farook coordinated it.
A large number of supporters of the organisation attended the function.
