Mostaque a hateful traitor, says AG

Taking part in the appeal hearing on the Bangabandhu murder case, Attorney General (AG) Mahbubey Alam, Sunday stated that some betrayers had killed Bangabandhu on August 15, 1975 and Mostaque was their leader, who would be identified as a hateful traitor in the history, reports BSS.
"It is seen from the evidence that there was no mutiny in the army in the night August 14 or 15, 1975. Mutiny and murder are two distinct offences even they are committed in course of same transaction," the Attorney General, chief legal advisor for the state, argued on behalf of the respondent replying to the appellants' counsels' claim that the August 15, 1975 incident was a mutiny.
