BANDARBAN, Oct 10 (UNB): The hearing on charge framing against 35 jawans of 10 Rifle Battalion's Bolipara camp in the mutiny case resumed at BDR Special Court-16 in Chittagong Sunday.
On April 24, BDR Special Court-4 fixed October 10 for hearing on charge framing against the jawans. Later, the trial was handed over to Special Court-16.
The court, led by Rangamati BDR Sector Commander Col Bashirul Islam, began the trial proceedings at about 10am at Rifles' Training Centre and School at Baitul Izzat in Chittagong.
