Nagorik Oikya's 13th founding anniv today

Nagorik Oikya will celebrate its 13th founding anniversary today (Sunday) with a series of month-long programme, reports BSS.

To mark the day, the national and party flags will be hoisted at the party's central office. Tributes will also be paid to all martyrs of the struggle for human rights from 1952 to 2024.

Due to the upcoming Eid-ul-Azha, the central programme will be held in the last week of June. All units of Nagorik Oikya, including district and upazila branches, have been instructed to celebrate the occasion, according to a press release issued today.

Nagorik Oikya commenced its journey on June 1, 2012. Since its inception, Nagorik Oikya has fought uncompromisingly against the autocratic Sheikh Hasina government.
