National Citizen Party (NCP) Senior Joint Member Secretary and Secretary of Central Election Steering Committee Dr. Tasnim Jara speaking at a press conference at the party's temporary central office in the capital's Banglamotor on Thursday. — Focus Bangla National Citizen Party (NCP) has started distributing party's nomination forms for the upcoming 13th Jatiya Sangsad (JS) election, report agencies.
The price of each application form has been fixed at Tk 10,000, while for July heroes and low-income individuals, it has been set at Tk 2,000.
NCP's Chief Coordinator and Chief of the Central Election Steering Committee Nasiruddin Patwari inaugurated the distribution process at a press conference at the party's temporary central office in Banglamotor on Thursday.
Patwari said nomination forms can be collected and submitted through three channels - directly from the NCP's central office, online, or through the party's chief organisers for northern and southern regions and divisional secretaries.
He added that the party aims to nominate qualified candidates through the most transparent selection process.
Nomination application forms will be sold until November 13, he said, adding, "The preliminary list of nomination applicants will be published on November 15."
