The newly appointed Chinese Ambassador in Bangladesh, Zheng Qing Bian, made a courtesy call on Jatiya Party (JP) Chairman HM Ershad at his Baridhara residence Sunday, reports UNB.
During the meeting, they discussed national and international issues relating to bilateral interest between China and Bangladesh.
The JP chairman assured the envoy of extending all out cooperation during his tenure in Bangladesh.
Among others, party presidium members Kazi Zafar Ahmed and Golam Moshi and Ershad's Adviser for International Affairs Habibur Rahman were also present at the meeting.
