The newly-elected Mayor of Rajshahi City Corporation (RCC) AHM Khairuzzaman Liton on Monday paid rich tributes to Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman by laying a floral wreath on his portrait in front of Bangabandhu Memorial Museum in the city's Dhanmondi area in the afternoon, reports BSS.
After laying the wreath, the RCC Mayor stood in solemn silence for some time as a mark of profound respect to the memory of Bangabandhu along with the party leaders.
