Awami Jubo League Dhaka South city unit organised the meeting, protesting the BNP's terrorist and militant activities.

Quader said, "We would not declare any counter programme centring the graft case verdict as we are in power under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina...we will face any situation in cool headed."

He said the law enforcement agencies would do everything to protect the common people's lives and their properties if BNP wants to create unstable situation centring the verdict.

Quader said the BNP itself gave a verdict in Zia Orphanage Trust Graft case before the court verdict by changing Clause 7 of the party constitution.

As per the clause of the constitution of BNP, Quader said, no corrupt person or terrorist can be a member of the party. If Khaleda is convicted by the court, she cannot remain as a member of BNP.
