No compromise with those engaged in subversive activities: Nasim

RANGPUR, Jan 18 (BSS): Health Minister Mohammad Nasim said Sunday there will be no compromise with those who are engaged in terrorist and subversive activities affecting public life.

He said a vested quarter has become desperate and engaged their efforts in destabilising the peaceful situation and hindering development activities through conducting anarchy, terrorism, hurling petrol bomb and killing innocent people.

"The government with the common people will prevent those terrorists from carrying out anarchy and subversive activities through taking stern actions to ensure security to public life, peace and tranquility in the society," he said.

Mohammad Nasim, also the Awami League (AL) presidium member, said this while enquiring about treatment of three critically burnt patients who were injured in the Mithapukur petrol bomb attack and Gobindaganj attack at the Burn Unit of Rangpur Medical College Hospital (RMCH).
