The complexities faced by students in filling up admission forms of Dhaka University (DU) will be resolved immediately, said DU VC AAMS Arefin Siddique.
He said this at a press briefing held at the university Registrar's Building Thursday.
He, however, told the reporters that the university follows objectivity in admission system.
"If dissimilarities are found in the SSC and HSC certificates or transcript as like as spelling error, misinformation, the computer will show mismatch and such applicants will be unable to get pay-in-slip", he added.
The VC said such applicants were asked to submit their application forms by e-mail or in writing at the university central admission office with two photocopies of SSC and HSC transcripts.
If applicants face such a problem at the eleventh hour of the deadline, he guaranteed that the authority will make room so that they can take part in the admission test.
