KHULNA, July 9 (UNB): The police arrested a top outlaw leader and listed terrorist along with arms from Dumuria Upazila Monday morning.
Acting on a tip, a police team raided Mirzapur Beel (water body) at about 8:00 am and arrested Khorshed (38), a leader of Purba Banglar Communist Party (PBCP), from a boat.
A pipe gun, two bullets and a ramdao were also recovered from his possession.
The police said Khorshed was wanted in 11 cases including of murder, abduction and extortion.
