Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Friday expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of Alhaj Moinuddin Mondol, chairman of Chapainawabganj Zila Parishad and president of district Awami League, reports UNB.
In a condolence message, the Prime Minister said Awami League has lost a sacrificing and devoted pro-people leader with the death of Moinuddin Mondol, also a valiant freedom fighter.
Hasina prayed for the eternal salvation of the departed soul and expressed sympathy to his bereaved family members.
