PM goes to Rajshahi today with a hectic schedule

Prime Minister (PM) Sheikh Hasina will tour Rajshahi today (Saturday) to inaugurate and lay the foundation stones of a number of development projects and exchange views with the people injured in pre-and post-poll violence unleashed by BNP-Jamaat-Shibir men at different parts of Rajshahi, reports UNB.
Hasina will first go to Sarda Police Academy this morning and take salute at the training completion parade of the trainee assistant superintendents of police of the 31st BCS, inspect the parade, distribute medals among the best trainee assistant police supers (ASPs) and deliver an address before them.
She will also plant a sapling on the premises of police academy officers mess and take part in an official photo session with the trainee ASPs.
The PM will then go to Sardah Government Pilot High School ground at Charghat where she will exchange views with those injured in pre- and post-polls violence unleashed by BNP-Jamaat-Shibir men.
Before addressing a mammoth public rally at the same venue organised by the district unit of Awami League, Hasina will inaugurate the Ashrayan Project-2 to be implemented in Baghmara Upazila.
She will also lay the foundation stones of architecture building of Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology, 100-bed female hostel at Rajshahi Government College, Physical facilities extension project at Engineering and Survey Institute, Rajshahi (north) Fire Service and Civil Defense Station, Bagha High School, Durgapur Pilot High School, Durgapur Fire Service and Civil Defence Station, Muktijoddha complexes at Poba, Puthia and Mohonpur, 33/11 KV, Bagha 10 MVA sub-power station and Natore Palli Bidyut Samity.
