Probe report against Kishoreganj Razakar siblings finalised

The investigation agency of the International Crimes Tribunal (ICT) has finalised probe report on the alleged crimes committed by the Kishoreganj Razakar siblings Nasir Uddin Ahmed, and Shamsuddin Ahmed during the War of Liberation, reports BSS.

The agency said this Tuesday at a press briefing held at its Dhanmandi safe house in the city.

"The duo, siding with the Pakistani occupation army has committed crimes against humanity including genocide, murder, torture and arson. We have finalised five charges against them and will submit the report to the prosecution soon," said Mohammad Abdul Hannan Khan, chief coordinator of the investigation agency.

Khan, flanked by his colleagues senior investigator Sanaul Haque and investigation officer Ataur Rahman, said they have made a 450-page probe report against Nasir, 62, a former army officer and Shamsuddin, 60, a member of Kishoreganj Bar Association.
