The prosecution at the International Crimes Tribunal (ICT)-1 Wednesday concluded arguments on charges that have been framed against former Jatiya Party (JP) MP from Mothbaria, Engineer Abdul Jabbar, reports BSS.
Prosecutor Jahid Imam argued on charge number 3, 4 and 5, but had pretty tough time answering different questions from the tribunal.
The prosecutor was seen helpless as the tribunal repeatedly asked him questions on the certified copy of the document of a case, which was lodged against the accused in 1972. Finally, the tribunal asked the prosecutor to consult the investigation officer and explain the matter before the tribunal later.
