Qureshi for placing portraits of six national leaders at govt, private offices

Initiator of a new political party in the country Ferdous Ahmed Qureshi Sunday called for placing portraits of six 'national leaders' at all government and private offices to inspire new generations to nation-building activities, reports BSS.
Addressing a press conference at the daily Desh Bangla office at Segun Bagicha in the city, Qureshi termed Sher-e-Bangla AK Fazlul Haque, Hossain Shahid Suhrawardy, Moulana Abdul Hamid Khan Bhashani, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, Shaheed Ziaur Rahman and Gen (retd) Ataul Gani Osmani as national leaders and symbol of 'national unity'.
Qureshi said he has been working on formation of a new political party since last one-and-half months and would finish the task in phases.
