Repair roads to ensure safe Eid journey: JS body

The Parliamentary Standing Committee on Communications Ministry on Thursday suggested the government to take necessary steps to repair the country’s highways for the safe journey of people during the upcoming Eid-ul Fitr. The parliamentary watchdog made the recommendation at its second meeting held at the Parliament Secretariat with its chairman Ekabbar Hossain in the chair, according to a news agency.
