SC decision on Fakhrul\\\'s bail on June 28

The Appellate Division (AD) of Supreme Court (SC) will decide on June 28 whether the High Court (HC) bail of BNP acting secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir in three violence cases will remain in force or not, reports bdnews24.com.

A four-member bench led by Chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha finished hearing the petition filed by the state on Thursday.

On June 18, the senior BNP leader secured HC's interim bail until the charge sheet were submitted to the trial court.Mirza Fakhrul, who has been in jail since January, is now lodged in the prison cell of the Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU).
