The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court (SC) continued hearing on Sunday two leave-to-appeal petitions filed by BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia against a High Court order rejecting her two petitions challenging the legality of the appointment of a special judge who framed charges against her in two graft cases, reports UNB.
After the day's proceedings, the five-member Appellate Division bench, headed by Chief Justice M Muzammel Hossain, deferred the hearing until Monday.
