The Supreme Court (SC) will resume its regular judicial proceedings tomorrow (Sunday) after a month long vacation, including the holidays of Eid-ul-Fitr, reports BSS.
However, during this time, judicial proceedings were conducted in several benches to hear and dispose of urgent cases in the High Court (HC) Division. In addition, urgent cases were heard and orders were issued in the Chamber Court of the Appellate Division.
Chief Justice Dr Syed Refaat Ahmed formed 48 benches in the HC with specific judicial jurisdiction on Thursday.
