Sinha murder Probe report submitted to Home Ministry

The investigation committee formed by the Home Ministry submitted on Monday a report on Major (retd) Sinha Md Rashed Khan, reports BSS.
The report was handed over to Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal at his ministry conference room.
The committee chief is Additional Divisional Commissioner of Chattogram Mohammad Mizanur Rahman.
"As the matter is under judicial process, we cannot say any details of the report. If the court wants, we will hand over the report," the home minister told reporters.
Replying to a question he said, "We have not seen what is in the report yet. Now our secretary will analyse it."
Kamal said the investigation is going on as per the directions of the court, adding, "That's why we can't say anything publicly. We will inform the court about this. The court will take the report officially from us if it is required. It is the jurisdiction of the court."
Regarding the incident, the Home Minister said, "Major Sinha's murder is a tragic incident. We don't want repeating of such incident."
