SL leader shot dead in Jessore

JESSORE, Aug 9 (BSS): A top leader of the Jessore unit of Swecchasebok League (SL) was gunned down by unidentified miscreants today.
The deceased Abdul Mannan (47), was the president of Jessore town unit of Swecchasebok League.
According to police sources, Mannan was shot from close range in his own office situated at Bejpara Piyari Mohon road in the city.
Locals rushed him to Jessore Sadar Hospital in critical condition where attending doctor pronounced him dead.
