Speaker to visit Pirganj Tuesday

RANGPUR, Dec 5 (BSS): Speaker of Jatiya Sangsad (JS) Dr Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury is expected to come to her constituency Rangpur-6 (Pirganj) on a two-day visit Tuesday next, local Awami League (AL) sources said.

The Speaker will arrive at Pirganj by road from the capital city and will take part in a number of programmes Tuesday and Wednesday before leaving Pirganj for Dhaka Wednesday afternoon.

During her visit to Pirganj, the Speaker will attend a reception scheduled to be arranged for the freshers and brilliant students at Pirganj Mohila Degree College as the chief guest at 12 noon after arriving at Pirganj Tuesday.
