Tajuddin's birthday today

The 82nd birth anniversary of late Tajuddin Ahmad, the first prime minister of Bangladesh and one of the architects of the country's independence will be observed today (Monday).
Tajuddin Ahmad was born in Dardaria village in Kapasia thana under Gazipur district on July 23 in 1925. He was the symbol of intelligence, skill, honesty and ideology in the politics of Bangladesh.
Tajuddin was a great political activist and took part in the language movement of 1952 and the 6-point movement of 1966.
The best achievement of his life was to play a pioneering role against Pakistan by forming the government in exile for Bangladesh in the most critical moment in 1971 in absence of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
