Testimony of new PW in Sayedee's trial Sunday

The scheduled recording of the testimony of another prosecution witness (PW) against detained Jama'at-e-Islami leader Delwar Hossain Sayedee, who faces the charge of the 1971 war crimes, could not take place on Thursday due to his illness, reports UNB.
The three-member tribunal, headed by Justice M Nizamul Huq set the next date for Sunday January 15 of taking the testimony of PW No 13 Shahidul Islam Selim.
Besides, the tribunal fixed January 21, 28 and February 11 for allowing the defence counsel for war crimes accused Jama'at ameer Matiur Rahman Nizami in the jail for exclusive legal consultation.
