Chief Prosecutor of the International Crimes Tribunal Md Aminul Islam on Sunday said verdicts in two cases are likely to be delivered after the Eid-ul-Azha vacation, reports BSS.
"Twenty-two cases are currently under trial. In addition, two cases are awaiting judgment (CAV). I express the hope the judgments will be delivered after the Eid vacation," the chief prosecutor said while talking to newsmen at his office. The ICT chief prosecutor further said investigation is at the fag-end in 31 cases, while investigation into 150 cases of enforced disappearance, murder and extrajudicial killings incidents has been taken up on a priority basis.
