Two 'JMB men' held in C'nawabganj

CHAPAINAWABGANJ, Feb 26 (UNB): Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) in a drive arrested two suspected members of banned militant outfit Jama'atul Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) from Ajoir area in Nachole upazila early Tuesday.

The detainees are Bairul, 34, son of Nazrul Islam, and Shafiqul, 48, son of Mamtaz, residents of Furshedpur area.

In a press release, RAB said that a team of RAB-5 conducted the drive around 1:30 am and arrested the duo along with militant books, leaflet and hand-notes.
