US expat ex-armed forces officials pray for slain BDR officers

NEW YORK, Mar 9 (BSS): A modest doa mahfil was held Sunday at Richardson Mosque in Dallas Fort-Worth area in Texas for the slain BDR officers and their family members.
The deeply saddened community of retired armed forces officers of Bangladesh residing in Dallas Fort-Worth region took the initiative to arrange the prayer session for their fallen brothers in the military services at home.
Other local Bangladeshi-American community members and their families also participated in the prayer.
Former Brig Gen Wasim Ashraf, Brig Gen Mustafa Kamal Lasker, Lt Col Habibur Rahman, Flt Lt Khaled Istiaque Ali, Maj Mohammad Mosaddek, Maj M Solaiman, and Maj Kaizer Kamal joined the prayer session. The prayer was led by Brigadier General Mustafa Kamal Lasker.
The participants sought blessings of the Almighty Allah for granting Jannat-ul-Ferdous to the departed souls.
