Work on voters' list begins in Chuadanga on Oct 16

CHUADANGA, Sept 26 (BSS): The work on the preparation of voters' list in Chuadanga district will begin on October 16 and conclude on November 24.
This was decided at a high level meeting held in Chuadanga Sadar Upazila Parishad auditorium Tuesday.
Commander of the local joint forces Lt Col Kazi Mohammad Abu Taher attended the meeting as key speaker and announced the schedule for voters' list preparation in the district. He also exchanged views with the local high official in this connection.
Lt Col Taher in his speech said the government was committed to preparing a correct voters' list and for which we have to work. He also gave guidelines to the high officials in this connection.
The commanding officer of Chuadanga district joint forces Lt Col Md Siddiqur Rahman, Deputy Commissioner of Chuadanga Md Abdul Mannan, Superintendent of Police, Chuadanga Mofiz Uddin, other district level high officials and four Upazila Nirbahi Officers (UNOs) of the district were present at the meeting.
