Shop fined in Thakurgaon for selling expired pesticides

THAKURGAON, Mar 05 (BSS): A fertiliser and pesticide shop in Sadar upazila was fined Taka 20,000 for storing expired pesticides and failing to display the price, production date and expiry date on product packets.
The penalty was imposed on Thursday afternoon during a mobile court operation conducted in the
Thakurgaon Sugar Mill Market area, organised by the Sadar Upazila Agriculture Office.
