Chairman of the IPL Mr Mahbubur Rahman presided over the meeting that considered and approved the Directors' Report for the year ending on June 30, 2025.
The shareholders present at the AGM also considered and adopted the audited accounts of the Company for the financial year 2025.
Mr Mahbubur Rahman while presenting the Directors' Report paid glowing tributes to late Syed Manzur Elahi, immediate past managing director of IPL, and recalled with gratitude his contributions to the growth of the FE as the country's leading financial daily.
IPL Managing Director Syed Nasim Manzur, Directors Mr Rizwan Rahman, Ms Zahida Ispahani, Ms Farah Anjum Bari, Mohammad A Awwal, Ms Nusrat Jahan (attended online) and shareholders Mr Obaidur Rahman, Mr Niaz Rahim, Mr Hafizur Rahman and FE Editor Shamsul Huq Zahid, among others, attended.
