Rain/thunder showers with lightning flashes and temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at a few places over Chattogram and Sylhet divisions in the next 24 hours from 06:00 am today (Sunday), according to the Met Office.

It also may occur at one or two places over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Mymensingh, Dhaka, Khulna and Barishal divisions.

Day and night temperature may rise slightly over the country

The highest temperature in the country on Saturday was recorded at 30.0 degrees Celsius in Khepupara and Mongla while the lowest temperature at 19.8 degrees in Tetulia.

The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 32.9 degrees Celsius on Saturday and the lowest was 23.6 degrees.
