Seven Shibir men file complaints with ICT


Seven leaders and activists of Islami Chhatra Shibir (ICS), student wing of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami, have filed complaints of enforced disappearance and torture with the International Crimes Tribunal (ICT) against 53 people, including members of law enforcing agencies, reports BSS.
ICS activist Md Jhonny Islam, Md Abdul Karim, Md Saiful Islam, Md Delwar Hossain, Md Alamgir Hossain, then president of Bhatara thana ICS Md Nurul Amin and then president of Jhinaidah sadar upazilla ICS Md Kamruzzaman filed the complaints on Sunday.
The Islami Chhatra Shibir leaders said they have so far filed 17 complaints with the tribunal for 16 members of their organisation and one commoner.
