Swiss, Brazilian envoys meet Tarique

Swiss Ambassador Reto Renggli and Brazilian Ambassador Paulo Fernando Dias Feres separately paid courtesy calls on BNP Chairman Tarique Rahman on Monday, reports UNB.

The Brazilian Ambassador to Bangladesh first met Tarique Rahman at the party chairman's Gulshan political office around 5:00 pm, said BNP Media Cell member Sayrul Kabir Khan.

Later in the evening, the Swiss Ambassador to Bangladesh met the BNP chairman at the same office around 6:15 pm.

During the meetings, Tarique exchanged greetings with the two envoys and discussed issues of mutual interest, including ways to further strengthen bilateral relations with Bangladesh, Sayrul said.
