The 46th annual general meeting (AGM) of Olympic Industries PLC was held on a digital platform on Thursday. Chairman of the company Aziz Mohammad Bhai presided over the meeting. The AGM approved a 30 per cent cash dividend for the shareholders and considered retirement by rotation and re-appointment of three directors.
