RFL APPROVES 23PC DIVIDEND AT ITS 45TH AGM

The 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Rangpur Foundry Ltd (RFL), held on a digital platform on Wednesday, approved 23% dividend for shareholders for the FY 2024-25. Ahsan Khan Chowdhury, Chairman of the company; Rathendra Nath Paul, Managing Director; Sabiha Amjad, Director; Chowdhury Kamruzzaman, Director; Abu Taher Chowdhury and Zakia Sultana, Independent Director; Uzma Chowdhury, Director (Finance); Choudhury Atiur Rasul, Director (Accounts); Shafiul Alam, Acting Chief Financial Officer; and Muhammad Aminur Rahman, Company Secretary; and the shareholders of the company attended the AGM.
