The 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Runner Automobiles PLC, a listed engineering company, was held at Kurmitola Golf Club in Dhaka on Monday. At the meeting, shareholders approved 11% cash dividend for general shareholders and 1% for sponsor-directors for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024. Muhammad Nazrul Islam, Managing Director and CEO of the company, delivered the welcome address while Company Secretary Mizanur Rahman chaired the event. Runner Automobiles Chairman Hafizur Rahman Khan concluded the meeting with a directional speech.
