Sumit Podder Joins MTB Capital as CEO

Sumit Podder joined as the new chief executive officer (C.C) of MTB Capital, a subsidiary of Mutual Trust Bank.

In his 14 year-long career, Sumit Podder led Bangladesh Finance Capital Limited as MD & CEO, according to a statement.

Before that, he worked as head of Structured Finance Department at Bangladesh Finance Limited. He was head of the Corporate Advisory Services of City Bank Capital Limited.

Moreover, he worked with River Stone Capital

Limited, Alliance Financial Services Limited, and Alliance Securities and Management Limited.

Sumit Podder said he is proud to join MTB Capital and would contribute to the organisation's future success.
