30 players picked up for national hockey camp

Ahead of the 7th Asian Games in Chennai, Bangladesh Hockey Federation Tuesday named 30 players from the ongoing 27th National Hockey competition for the national hockey training camp that will begin Friday at the Maulana Bhasani Hockey Stadium in the city, reports UNB.
The selected players have been asked to report to coaches Mahbub Harun and Abdullah Piru Friday at 7:00 am at the camp venue.
Selected players: Mehrab, Sadekur, Yamin and Monirul (goalkeepers); Mukul, Rupon, Rana, Tapash, Imran, Rumman, Rajib, Mahbub, Hedayetul and Tuhin (defenders); Rahul, Shahid, Moshtaq, Mostafa, Shaheen and Russell (midfielders); Tapu, Prince, Rubel, Mamun, Suman, Masum, Nannu, Rahat, Krishna and Rimon (forwards).
