Arambagh surprise Muktijoddha

Arambagh Krira Chakra surprised Muktijoddha Sangshad Krira Chakra as they scrape past them by 2-1 margin in the lone match of the Citycell Bangladesh League at the Bangabandhu National Stadium Saturday, reports BSS.
Muktijoddha dominated the opening minutes but faded away with the time while Arambagh looking for the loopholes of their opponents utilized the two chances which came their way and went back to their club tent with three precious points.
Shahajuddin Tipu, the veteran Muktijoddha forward curved a shot from the middle of the box in the 37th minute but Arambagh keeper Mitul Hasan stretched to his limit in the right saving his team at a cost of a corner.
After a barren first half, Muktijoddha conceded the lead as Arambagh's Ugandan forward Soubair sneaked through their rival defense with a through pass of midfielder Moloy Barman and beat onrushing Muktijoddha custodian Tarek from a handshaking distance.
