B’desh not interested in nominating anyone for ICC presidency

Bangladesh Cricket Board may not name anyone for ICC president which has fallen vacant after AHM Mustafa Kamal resigned.

Bangladesh Cricket Board President Nazmul Hassan has said they have little interest in the presidency, reports bdnews24.com.

Earlier on Friday, he had said the board might make a decision on the matter in its meeting on Sunday.

After the Sunday meeting, Hassan said there was little chance that they would name anyone for the top ICC post.

"We haven't received any written proposal for sending name. There is no reason to rush over it. I don't want to say anything until we receive anything in writing," he said.
