League leader Walton Central Zone will play BCB North Zone in the 2nd round four-day match of the 7th Bangladesh Cricket League (BCL) beginning at the Shaheed Chandu Stadium in Bogura today (Wednesday), reports UNB.
After the first round matches, Walton Central Zone were dominating the league securing 9.82 points after beating Prime Bank South Zone by 77 runs.
BCB North Zone followed the leader distantly collecting 4.44 points after making a draw against Islami Bank East Zone, which bagged 3.63 points. Prime Bank South Zone were in the bottom of the four-team league with 1.81 points.
The 3rd round matches will begin on December 05 with Prime Bank South Zone taking on BCB North Zone at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram while Walton Central Zone playing against Islami Bank East Zone at Shaheed Chandu Stadium Bogura.
