Bangladesh face India in SAFF U-20 final today

Bangladesh take on India in the final of the SAFF U-20 Championship 2026, scheduled to be held at the National Football Stadium in the capital, Malé, Maldives, today (Friday), reports BSS.

The match will kick off at 9 pm Bangladesh time.

Earlier, both Bangladesh and India beat Pakistan in their respective group opening matches.

Bangladesh defeated Pakistan by 2-0, while India blanked Pakistan 3-0.

In the group stage, Bangladesh played out a 1-1 draw with India.

In the first semifinal, Bangladesh edged past Nepal with a 1-0 win, while India booked their place in the final by crushing Bhutan 5-0 in the second semifinal.
