Bangladesh national football team will take on Pakistan national football team in their second group A match of the SUZUKI SAFF Championship scheduled to be held today (Thursday) at Bangabandhu National Stadium (BNS) in the city, reports BSS.
The match will kick off at 07:00 pm, following the day's other second group A match between Nepal and Bhutan starts at 04:00 pm at the same venue.
Both Bangladesh and Pakistan will fight today (Thursday) to ensure the semifinal following their opening match victory in the tournament.
Bangladesh showed an impressive football beating Bhutan by 2-0 goals while Pakistan stunned Nepal by 2-1.
The boys in red and green are now placed at a comfortable position at the top of the table with 3 points and +2 goals to their name while Pakistan also stay second with 3 points but a goal difference of +1.
Bangladesh will play their third and final group match against Nepal while Pakistan will meet Bhutan scheduled to be held on September 08 at the BNS.
